Partner with the marketing team to understand and implement best practices as it relates to attracting new patients and promoting education around healthcare awareness. Train teammates on the desired patient experience, coach and mentor customer service best practices, and appropriately coach when as needed. Experience with EagleSoft, Revolution, Dolphin and/or E-Clinical Works EHR Software This position requires full range of body motion, including the ability to set up for outreach events.
